All products are subject to availability.
We work with trusted suppliers and operate on a direct fulfilment model. This means products are shipped directly from our supplier to you.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues.
4. Payments
We accept secure payments via YOCO. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days.
Delivery takes approximately 2 - 7 business days depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs may only be returned if:
• The item is unused
• The lace has not been cut
• The product is in its original condition

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, incorrect installation, chemical processing, or misuse.
Proper maintenance is required to maintain product longevity.
